Eleanor K. Fulton, Psy.D
Dr. Fulton is a clinical psychologist who has practiced at Streff Associates, Wellesley College, where she provided individual therapy to students at the Stone Center, and at Colony Care in Wellesley, MA.
Dr. Fulton offers a wide breadth of clinical experience and has worked in numerous clinical settings including group practice, inpatient, outpatient and community settings, day treatment programs, and several university counseling centers. She completed postdoctoral training in neuropsychology through Tufts New England Medical Center, consulted at Bournewood Hospital, and completed a fellowship at the Boston Psychoanalytic Institute prior to opening Acton Psychological Associates.
Dr. Fulton works with adolescents, adults and couples. Her areas of specialization include anxiety and mood disorders, trauma, relationships, grief and loss, women’s issues, eating disorders, self-esteem and identity development.
With a warm relational style, she draws from several theoretical models including psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, family systems, and has specialized training in hypnosis and EMDR.
